These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Kaizen Focus website at kaizenfocus.club and the Kaizen Focus iOS application (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. iOS Application License

Your use of the Kaizen Focus iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls with respect to the iOS application.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by Kaizen Focus or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. User Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The iOS app stores all usage data locally on your device. We do not access or transmit your app data.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizen Focus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kaizen Focus operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
