Kaizen Focus ("we", "us", or "our") operates the kaizenfocus.club website and the Kaizen Focus iOS application. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Account identity — your name and email address provided via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In.
• App usage data — daily screen time, which apps you chose to block, and when limits were reached.
• Override history — each time you bypassed a block, the reason you selected, and the timestamp.
• Journal entries — your responses to in-app reflection prompts and bedtime check-ins.

This data is linked to your account and stored securely on our servers (Supabase). It is used to generate your weekly usage summaries and behavior analytics within the app.

How We Use Your Information

• To power your in-app analytics, weekly summaries, and adaptive limit suggestions.
• To authenticate your account across devices.
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication and data storage. Privacy Policy.
• Apple Sign In / Google Sign In — used for authentication only. We receive your name and email from the provider you choose.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account in-app, all associated data is permanently deleted from our servers immediately.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. You may also email [email protected] to request deletion or ask questions about your data.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
